The Kim Firm, LLC represents clients in preparation and creation of the governing non-profit entity; creation and recording the necessary documents and preparation of amendments; advising board of directors in all aspects of the community governance; attending board meetings and member meetings; providing legal opinions regarding community governing documents and applicable state and federal laws enforcement of the community’s governing documents, including preparation of fine letters, filing liens and litigation; reviewing and preparing contracts for services by vendors; assist with transition from developer to owner control of the Board.
