Seller's Checklist for Residential Closings

Two (2) FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION - Two (2) forms of identification will be required, including one form of government photo identification. Acceptable forms of photo identification include the following: Driver's License, Passport, State Identification Card or Military Identification. Acceptable secondary forms of identification include the following: social security card or birth certificate. Please call for other acceptable forms of identification.

POWER OF ATTORNEY - If the borrower requires a power of attorney, the form of the power of attorney must be approved prior to closing by THE KIM FIRM, LLC and the lender. The original power of attorney must be brought to closing for verification and recording. Please notify THE KIM FIRM, LLC if a power or attorney will be required.
